Two Ingredient Pita Bread

It's as easy as one, two and salt. Fool proof Recipe at its best.


The self raising flour has the necessary baking powder and the the yoghurt has the live cultures the bread needs to puff up and rise perfectly. Simply Combine, Knead, Roll into mini Pita Breads and fry in a non stick pan with some Olive oil. Salt to taste.



For some variety you can add one or all of the following to spice it up:

Garlic/ Garlic Powder for the lazy

Rosemary, finally chopped

Zátar Spice

Lemon Zest

Biltong Spice


Serve with homemade Tzatziki and Hummus. Best served warm.
