The Perfect Naan

Gone are the days of tough store bought Naan! Once you realise how easy this recipe is to make, you wont be able to turn back!

It takes about 2 1/2 hours in total with waiting time, but it can be made up to 12 hours in advance! Just don't keep it in the fridge or the Yeast will stop activating.

Chef's Tips*

The longer you leave the dough the better the flavour gets!

I use the microwave to keep my dough in a warm place. DON'T TURN IT ON! It keeps the

airflow out and you don't need to cover it which prevents unnecessary plastic wrap.

You need to watch them in the pan! THEY BURN FAST!

WARNING!!! You will NEVER want to eat any other Naan ever again!
